What Are Content Items?
A content item is anything your team creates in Vivreal blog posts, products, events, profiles, and content synced from your channels. Your plan determines how many you can create.
What counts as a content item
Most content counts. The content types (your schema definitions) don't.
- Content items you create (blog posts, events, team members, etc.) count
- Content synced from channels (Stripe products, social posts) counts
- Content types (the schema definitions themselves) do NOT count
Limits per tier
Content items are a hard limit when you hit your cap, new creates are blocked until you free space or upgrade.
- Free: 50 content items
- Basic ($19/mo): 500 content items
- Pro ($59/mo): 5,000 content items
- Pro Plus ($119/mo): 25,000 content items
- Enterprise: Unlimited
How usage is tracked
Every create and delete updates your Group's entry count in real time. No batching or delays.
- BSON document size tracked per record for data usage metrics
- Entry count incremented on create, decremented on delete
- Usage visible in your Group dashboard usage bars
- Separate from media storage content items track content, not files
Pricing is simple
Plans are priced by content-item limits not by API calls, seats, or features. You always know what you're paying for.
- Media storage has its own separate quota (500MB → 100GB)
- API calls and CDN bandwidth have separate monthly quotas
- Upgrade at any time takes effect immediately
- No per-item charges just the plan price
